What Your Guests Will Find When They Arrive

Your guests are making a trip to the mountains, and they deserve to know what's waiting for them. Once they arrive at House Boheme, they'll find 22 private acres designed to make destination celebrations feel effortless. From on-site lodging to ceremony spaces that work with the landscape, here's what your crew can expect.

A True Mountain Escape on 22 Private Acres

Your guests pull up to a property that feels immediately separate from the everyday world. We've got 22 acres of landscaped grounds where forested trails wind past a babbling brook and lead to a private waterfall. The Open Field stretches across four acres with unobstructed mountain views. It's the kind of place where guests wander off with a drink and discover something new around every turn.

Parking happens on site across two acres, so no one's circling blocks or figuring out complicated lot logistics. We also have an ADA-compliant restroom on the main level patio, which matters when you're hosting friends and family with different needs.

Overnight Stays in the House Boheme Abode

The House Boheme Abode sleeps 12+ guests across five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Wi-Fi runs throughout the property, which helps when your crew needs to coordinate or share photos in real time. On your wedding day, the bridal suite and primary suite open at 10 a.m. for getting ready.

The bridal suite sits on the upper floor with a walk-out balcony that frames the venue and the vista beyond. There's a large spa bathroom, an expansive floor-length mirror, a portable dress rack, and a bar cart with an ice bucket. We include complimentary champagne and a Sonos audio system up there, too.

The Honeymoon Suite on the main level has lofted ceilings, mountain views, and a spa bathroom with a clawfoot tub, walk-in stone shower, and large vanity. Double glass doors open from the main level straight onto the patio, where the Blue Ridge spreads out in front of you.

Down on the lower-level walkout, there's a groom's suite and lounge with its own garden oasis vibe, plus a speakeasy-style bar we hand-built from reclaimed tiger-wood. That whole lower level flows out to a flagstone patio, perfect for a dance floor or an intimate cocktail setup.

Ceremony and Reception Spaces That Work for Different Visions

We offer three main outdoor settings. The Mountain View Patio is a covered space overlooking the Blue Ridge, with an integrated wood stove hearth and warm lighting already in place. The Peninsula Garden gives you 12,000 square feet of grass surrounded by fruit trees and gardens, with access to electricity for tents or additional setups. And that four-acre Open Field? It's wide open mountain views with room to breathe.

Blue Ridge Wedding Venue

Guests move comfortably between spaces because the property flows naturally. Forested trails, lush gardens with fruit trees, and those Italian wrought-iron glass doors off the bridal suite balcony all become part of the experience, not just backdrops.

What's Included So Your Guests Feel Taken Care Of

We provide ten poplar wood farmhouse tables that each seat 8 to 12 people, plus matching benches. Commercial-grade brass string lighting and vintage lanterns handle the ambiance without you hauling in rentals. Your guests eat off artist-made ceramic dinnerware from Pineapple Studios and toast with hand-blown Moroccan glassware and barware crafted by women in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Linen napkins, tablecloths, exotic plants, over 60-year-old vintage Moroccan rugs, handmade willow patio furniture, and all the cutlery and barware your event needs are here. Two on-site vendor liaisons coordinate the day, so your guests just experience the celebration without seeing the logistics happen.

We also offer in-house florals and photography services. Rehearsal access and private photo sessions along those forested trails or by the waterfall come with your booking.
